It is important that we accompany you to all of your first visits to new developments. We’ll introduce you and let the builders know you are working with an agent. By doing so, you'll reserve the right to have representation and benefit from our concierge services throughout the entire process. There is certainly more benefit to having an agent than not.

Nearly all builders require you to get preapproved with their preferred lender in order to confirm you are qualified to purchase the home.

Once your pre-qualification is approved, you can choose the home of your dreams!

Now that you have picked out your home the fun begins in choosing additional options or upgrades. This can include everything for flooring to paint color to counter tops. This is your chance to be an HGTV star!

Your home construction is done! The construction supervisor will take us on a final walkthrough to give you an overview of the whole home.

You will now sign your final paperwork with the escrow company and wait for your final paperwork to be recorded with the county.

The paperwork has been recorded and now it's time to pick up your keys from the builder and get ready for your move!
