Now that we’re in contract, we’ll be working with your finance company to complete the loan paper work and order any home inspections as needed.

Your finance company has given the final approval for your loan, they will send the paperwork to the escrow company for signing. All you have to bring is your down payment, Drivers license or passport. It’s now time to review and sign the paperwork!

Once the escrow company completes the paperwork they will send your deed to get recorded by the county and the home is official yours!
